Avocados contain amazing benefits. They are nutritious, contain fatty acids, and help to lower cholesterol. They contain vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, and vitamin E.
Combining these two ingredients in a salad keeps your blood sugar levels in normal range and not to mention they taste amazing.
