Chia Seed Yogurt

When breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have severe allergies, it quickly becomes one the hardest meals of the day! We have to pass on all regular breakfast items… no omelets, no wheat toast spread with peanut butter, no coco puffs, and no oatmeal. Well, this breakfast item is my yummy go to!

It’s Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free, and Vegan

In a Glass Bowl Mix:

  • 1 cup of Condense Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk
    • Blend Together
  • Add 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (vegan)
    • Cover with plastic and refrigerate over night
  • Add desired fruit on top
