Avocado Hummus

This is the turning point of my week! First off, my husband has a real knack for making homemade tortilla chips that are to die for. Second, when it comes to dipping, who could ever get enough?

This side has become a staple in our house! Snacking is hard to do when you have allergies, so when find what works, you don’t go back!

Avocado Hummus 

  • 1½ cups Chickpeas ( rinsed and drained from a can)
  • 2 Avocado
  • small handful fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
  • 5 tablespoons Water
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 – 2 Garlic Cloves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Gluten-free, Vegan, & Nut Free. Free From Sesame Seeds / Tahini
