This is the turning point of my week! First off, my husband has a real knack for making homemade tortilla chips that are to die for. Second, when it comes to dipping, who could ever get enough?
This side has become a staple in our house! Snacking is hard to do when you have allergies, so when find what works, you don’t go back!
- 1½ cups Chickpeas ( rinsed and drained from a can)
- 2 Avocado
- small handful fresh Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
- 5 tablespoons Water
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 – 2 Garlic Cloves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
